This FREE session is for people aged between 14 –25 years of age only. All abilities welcome, all equipment will be provided. Attendees also receive free entry into squash and racketball workshop on Sunday nights 6.30 till 8pm. For more information call 01207 218 151.

Children aged 8 to 14 years can enjoy a dedicated space for fitness and fun at Belle Vue Leisure Centre with the relocation of the Shokk Youth Gym.
