Sports Hall
This superb area with a semi-sprung floor supports an active timetable including junior and adult 5-a- side Leagues, Badminton, Basketball, Volleyball, a mixed aerobics programme, G.P. Referral and Cardiac Rehabilitation schemes, centre based club activities and the ongoing Derwentside Football Development. All can be viewed from the spacious first floor spectator balcony which also houses a private meeting room and junior snooker table.

Gymnasia
Also boasting semi-sprung flooring, two gymnasia accommodate children’s birthday parties, parachute play, martial arts and pilates.

Fitness Suite & Weight Training Room
This newly installed facility is fully air conditioned and offers a state of the art fitness suite, with a state of the art Cardio Theatre facility and an assortment of resistance equipment. An additional Weight Training Room provides users with the opportunity to train with heavy free weights, dumbbells and bars.

Spinning
Virtual Reality and Instructed Spinning classes are available.

Squash Courts
Squash at Belle Vue Leisure Centre remains ever popular, with a coloured court and three traditional courts supporting expanding junior and adult clubs alongside competitive leagues, workshops, tailored courses and individual users.

Indoor Bowling Green
A four link laser leveled indoor bowling green accommodates users of all ages and supports a men’s and ladies club as well as several workshops and individual use.

How To Get There
Belle Vue Leisure Centre is located on Ashdale Road, just outside of Consett town centre.  The facility is accessible by public transport, with bus stops situated only a few minutes walk away in all directions, at Consett Bus Station, Villa Real Road, Medomsley Road and Sherburn Tce. Alternatively, the building can easily be accessed by car and ample free parking is available to the front of the building.
