Following the successful launch in December, the Grinning Idiot Comedy Club return with more sidesplitting stand up acts.
Edinburgh Perrier Nominee and award-winning burger van owner, Angelos, will be hitting the Stanley stage with his droll comedy dynamite all wrapped up in signature anorak and specs. Aside from his regular appearances on Vic and Bob’s Shooting Stars, Angelos has been seen embarrassing David Brent in the Office Christmas Special whilst also appearing in My Family, Coupling and Mike Bassett.
The night also boasts an appearance from another Perrier Nominee, Alun Cochrane. Alun’s impressive comedic CV includes appearances on Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, Have I Got News for You, 8 Out of Ten Cats and Mock The Week to name but a few.
Rounding of this hat trick of hilarity, killer gag-meister, Ben Norris, will be entertaining Stanley crowds following high profile appearances on Mock The Week, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, They Think It’s All Over and The World Stands Up.
