No pain but plenty of gain, Pilates is a gentle non-aerobic form of exercise that helps to connect the mind and body through stretches, relaxation techniques and controlled breathing. Focusing on core muscles improves tone, posture, balance and coordination and its also a great reliever of stress. Participants will leave classes feeling rejuvenated and healthy from the inside out.

Every Tuesday 10.30am - 11.30am
£3.40 per session
